For traders

Astrology gives timing. Price gives direction.

Every configuration true in today's sky is run through an event study against an unconditional baseline. The workbench reports what it measures, including when the measurement says nothing.

Four gates a factor must clear

n ≥ 30

Enough instances

A pattern seen nine times is an anecdote. Sample size is a gate, not a footnote.

q < 0.05

Survives correction

Test enough configurations and something always looks significant. Benjamini-Hochberg prices that in.

CI excludes 0

Interval misses zero

A bootstrap interval on the excess over the unconditional baseline.

held out

Worked on unseen data

Split chronologically, never randomly — adjacent sessions share bars and leak.

Fail one and the factor's weight is zero. Direction comes from the sign of the measured excess, never from what the tradition says a configuration ought to mean.

Where the prices come from

Published end-of-day exchange data — the NSE bhavcopy and the daily index file. Not a broker feed.

That is a deliberate choice. Every user measures the same bars, so a result can be re-derived rather than taken on trust; and because the data is published rather than licensed, nothing here depends on a realtime redistribution agreement. The trade-off is honest: this is end-of-day analysis, and it does not pretend to be a live feed.

Astroworldfinance is research and analytics software. It is not investment advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. There is no established evidence that planetary positions predict returns.

Trading in securities and derivatives carries risk of loss. Measured past behaviour does not establish future behaviour. Anyone providing investment advice to others in India requires registration with SEBI.
