Risk disclaimer
The honest statement of what this software is and is not, and what you are risking if you act on it.
Draft — review before launch
This document describes what the service actually does, which is the part a template cannot supply. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have an Indian advocate review it before launch, and in particular before any paid plan goes live.
Not investment advice
Astro World Finance is research and analytics software. Nothing it produces is investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Anyone providing investment advice to others in India for consideration requires registration with SEBI; Astro World Finance is not so registered and does not provide such advice.
No evidence of predictive power
There is no established evidence that planetary positions predict market returns. This platform exists to test that proposition against real data rather than to assert it, and it reports negative results as readily as positive ones. On most days its measured answer is that no effect is detectable.
Trading risk
Trading in securities, derivatives and commodities carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged instruments can lose more than the capital committed. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Past behaviour is not future behaviour
Every figure in this software describes what happened historically under a stated condition. Historical measurement does not establish that the same thing will happen again. Sample sizes are shown precisely so you can judge how much weight a figure deserves — and small samples deserve very little.
Data
Market data is end-of-day, sourced from published exchange files. It is not realtime, and this software should not be used for intraday decisions that depend on current prices.
