Terms of use
Plain terms for a research tool. The short version: it computes and measures, it does not advise, and you are responsible for your own trades.
Draft — review before launch
This document describes what the service actually does, which is the part a template cannot supply. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have an Indian advocate review it before launch, and in particular before any paid plan goes live.
What the service is
Astroworldfinance provides astronomical calculation (panchang and related almanac data) and statistical analysis of historical market data. It is software for research and education.
What the service is not
Astroworldfinance is not an investment adviser, a research analyst, a portfolio manager or a broker, and is not registered with SEBI in any of those capacities. Nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Outputs describe measured historical behaviour with its uncertainty attached. They are not predictions. Any decision you take is your own, and you are solely responsible for it.
Accuracy
Astronomical values are computed from a published ephemeris and are expected to be accurate, but no warranty is given. Market data is sourced from published exchange files and is reproduced as received; errors in the source will be reflected here.
If you find a calculation that appears wrong, please report it with the date, city and ayanamsa so it can be reproduced.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to overload, scrape at a rate that degrades the service, or circumvent access controls. Do not resell or redistribute the generated data as though it were your own product.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be notified to account holders. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai.
